What is the Welcome Offer?

How do I receive and use my bonus and free spins?
- You can only receive your bonus and free spins as part of our Welcome Bundle if you are a new customer with us at Gala Spins.
- If you are registering from the UK your account should be verified upon signing up; if it is not, we will let you know. If you do hear from us you can follow our guide on how to verify your account in our Account Verification help pages .
- Once you have opened your account and become verified you will be able to claim our Welcome Bundle. To do this you will need to deposit and spend a minimum of £10 on any games.

Once you have done this, you can claim your £20 Bonus and your 30 Free Spins by going in the “Promotions” tab.
- Your Bonus will have a wagering requirement of 40 times the initial £20 amount. Funds won using any Free Spins will be credited as cash.
- Your 30 Free Spins are to be used on “Starburst” only.
Please note: Bonus and Free Spins must be accepted and used within 7 days of being credited otherwise it will be forfeited.
What are wagering requirements?
- A wagering requirement means the number of times you need to play through a bonus before you’re able to withdraw any winnings.
- In this case, you’re given a £20 Bingo bonus with a 40x wagering requirement. This means you need to spend £800 of Bonus funds on games (40 x £20).
- Remember, all of this must be done within 7 days before you can withdraw any winnings.
- Once you’ve completed the wagering requirements of your Casino Bonus within the 7 days of it becoming available in your account, your winnings will now show in your withdrawable balance.
If you deposit any more after your welcome bonus has been activated, your bonus will be spent first.
Why do I not have my Bonus and Free Spins?
Here are a few common reasons:
- Your account may not be verified. Your account should be verified upon signing up with us, if it is not, we will let you know. For more help on verification please see our Account Verification help pages.
- Have you made sure to deposit and stake £10 on any games? If you have not deposited and staked the full £10, you will not qualify for the Welcome Bundle.
- Have you deposited made via PayPal, Moneybookers, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill or via any pre-payment card? If so, you are not eligible for the bonus. Please deposit using a valid payment method via the cashier HERE.
- Make sure to check your “My Bonuses” and “My Free Spins” sections within the “Promotions” tab, your Bonus and Free Spins could be waiting there to be accepted.
